Intelservice
How It Works
A clear informational workflow—from capturing structured notes to reviewing and summarizing them locally.
1. Start with structured notes
Begin by entering the information you want to retain. Use consistent fields so each note remains comparable later. Typical details may include a title, date, category, and short remarks that explain the context of the record.
At this stage you are documenting information, not initiating financial activity.
2. Organize related records
After notes are captured, arrange them into groups that match how you think about your archive. Labels and categories help related entries stay connected, which makes later searches and reviews more efficient.
Organization remains a local, personal process.
3. Review history with intent
Open historical records when you need context. Scan timelines, revisit older notes, and check how entries relate across categories. The goal is clarity—understanding what you previously recorded and why it mattered.
This review is analytical and informational. It does not execute transactions or update balances in external systems.
4. Produce personal summaries
When useful, generate summaries from selected notes. Summaries compress longer histories into shorter reference points you can revisit during planning or personal audits of your records.
Summaries are for record-keeping support only and do not provide financial or investment advice.
5. Keep work on your device
Throughout the workflow, Intelservice is positioned around locally available information. You decide what to store, what to revise, and what to keep for future reference.
